Who I am

This website is operated by Daniel Hulme, based in Barcelona, Spain. For anything related to your personal data, contact hello@daniel-hulme.com.

What data is collected

The only personal data this site collects is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the Field Notes newsletter. Nothing is collected automatically beyond standard server logs kept by the hosting provider (Netlify) for security and operations.

How your email is used

• To send you the Field Notes newsletter and, where relevant, related announcements such as the book launch.
• Your email is stored and processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service provider, under their privacy policy.
• Your email is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you subscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, and your address will be removed from the list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD). Email hello@daniel-hulme.com and any request will be handled promptly.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising technology.
